Our quotes contain our most best estimate of the time it will take to clean a property or area to consistently high standards. Quotes include the cost of materials and transport. We do ask that potential customers show flexibility, as occasionally, estimates can deviate slightly from the time it takes to complete the the window, conservatory, soffit or fascia cleaning. Actual charges may vary from our estimates.
We reserve the right to change our estimates if a customer amends their originally stated requirements
We keep customer names, payment and contact details only in the pursuit of the smoothest day-to-day administration of the company. These related actions would be answering e-mails and various correspondence; the sending of quotes, invoices and the collection of payments. Information relating to prospective customers who request a quote is kept on file until the quotation process finished. If our quotation is accepted, we will only keep customer data on file that is essential to the efficient running of the account. If we are unsuccessful in this process, we will delete all letters, e-mails or other correspondence related to the unsuccessful quotation. We do not rent, share or sell any client information with a third party.
We insert tracking code on our website to monitor website usage, which enables us to improve the usability of our website, and its general performance. No personally identifiable is gathered by the tracking code and the anonimity of the user is preserved.
